We are pleased top announce that our Founder has been appointed the “Digital High Street” National Manager

In association with The National Skills Academy for Retail and The Association of Town and City Managers, Retail Potential Founder, Antony Welfare, will produce a training programme to get the Independent High Street Retailers online and equipped for the Digital age

The aim of the “Digital High Street” is to implement a “Digital” training programme across the UK for Independent High Street Shops and local businesses

The programme will consist of three main modules:

  1. Know your Customer and Marketing
  2. Building an Ecommerce Presence
  3. Social Media for Retail

The team, led by Antony, will develop a comprehensive online and offline training programme and deliver this across the UK from March 2014

Antony says “I am very pleased, and honored, to have been awarded this important development programme for our High Streets.  There has been lots of press about the decline of the High Street and the impact of Online Retail. My personal view is that both can work in tandem and compliment each other. Working on this programme will allow me to use my extensive Ecommerce skills and my lifetime of Retail experience, to help independent shops get online and sell more, to more customers”
